Someday…
Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.
I want to live in a house like this one day. Not kidding.
And that better be a unicorn, not just a miniature horse!

“I wrote the story myself.
It’s about a girl who lost her reputation
and never missed it.”
— Mae West

Readings by:
Blondie - Anita Rae Strange, also known as Blondie, has been dancing at the Clermont Lounge for more than 30 years. Her fame is due to her “tough as nails” persona, her candid poetry, and her bawdy performance. She is not only a seasoned performer in one of the country’s most eclectic establishments, but also as a poet, artist and advocate for gay rights.
Heather Buzzard - Heather is a freshly fired pottery piece of Emory University, where she studied creative writing and majored in something less important. This girl ran the lit mag and now does not have to try hard to not get a real job. Everything she loves most starts with the ‘F’, so she started Festival Family Forest Friends to prove it. As you can tell, Heather is a bad bitch.
Cristen Conger - A journalism graduate of University of Georgia, Cristen is a writer, blogger, podcaster and full-time Internet curator of all things lady-related.
Lavonia Elberton - A country/psychic/medium/shamaness from the Confederate States of Transylvania, known in those parts as “Tarot Tart.”
Amy Herschleb - Amy Herschleb came back to the South and tried to be honest. She is a poet living in Atlanta.
April Leigh - April Leigh is a girl who looks and snaps and thinks the things that cannot be snapped can be yapped instead. nous ne devons pas danser nous embrassons plutôt.
Amariah Love - Amariah is a queer, poly, sex positive nanny, dancer, musician, artist, sex radical, organizer, and writer. She recently graduated from GSU and is endlessly grateful for her radical Atlanta community.
Melysa Martinez - Lover of fire. Complicated since birth. Breech baby.
Jayne O’Connor - Jayne O’Connor is an Atlanta based writer interested in social commentary through the avenues of fiction, essay writing, and obsessive list making. In December 2010, she successfully solved a Rubik’s Cube without cheating.
